Ordering Process
The NetWaiter ordering process is designed with minimal clicks in mind for easy navigation when ordering online. Repeat customers have quick access to their recent orders and the ability to resubmit orders or make menu changes and then resubmit. It also allows customers to order in advance for a designated pick-up/delivery date and time.
Payment Processing: You can allow customers to pay online with a credit card. Simply setup a payment processing account and all payments are sent directly to you. Contact NetWaiter for more information regarding online payment processing.
NetWaiter Express Accounts
It's the perfect way for customers to order from all restaurants on the NetWaiter Network quickly and securely. Customers can link their Facebook Account to their NetWaiter Express Account. Restaurants can also collect customer information and demographics for permission-based marketing purposes.

What is the NetWaiter set-up process?
After creating your account, you have access to your NetWaiter Management Console. Using the easy menu building features, you can customize your menu, post item pictures, and configure all options and settings. NetWaiter's design team is also available to customize your site for you.
How quickly can my restaurant set-up and launch NetWaiter?
Implementing and launching NetWaiter is very fast. Your restaurant(s) can be accepting orders the same day your account is created. A variety of factors, including the number of locations and menu complexity will determine exactly how long it will take to launch your site. If NetWaiter's design team provides a custom setup, it is usually complete within 2-4 business days. You may contact NetWaiter to speak to our professional staff regarding your set-up process.
How does my restaurant receive orders?
NetWaiter can facilitate orders to your restaurant(s) in a variety of ways. You can choose to receive orders directly to the existing fax machine at each location, email, or your POS system. NetWaiter's fax system completes an order about 15-20 seconds after a guest submits an order. Using NetWaiter's POS integrated system or email system; orders are immediately processed to their respective destinations.
Can my restaurant(s) be notified when orders are sent?
Yes. NetWaiter's Order Notification System can automatically notify your employees, via telephone, an order is 'inbound'. An additional fee may apply for this optional feature.
What happens if a restaurant manager needs help or has a question?
Restaurant managers can dial 866-NetWaiter (x702) anytime they need assistance. Although managers rarely need assistance, they have the piece of mind knowing someone will address their issue quickly.
Does NetWaiter offer ongoing support?
Yes. NetWaiter offers email and phone support to clients. You may email NetWaiter, contact your NetWaiter representative, or dial 866-NetWaiter (x702) for assistance.
