The Ordering Process
- Easy Navigation
- Quick and intuitive ordering process. The NetWaiter® ordering process is designed with 'clicks in mind' — so that the least number of clicks are needed to complete an order.
- Previous Orders
- Returning guests have quick access to their most recent orders, with the ability to quickly reorder or make changes to a previous order and then resubmit it.
- Advanced Orders
- Guests can place an order in advance for future Pickup/Delivery. This feature allows a guest to place an order, at any time, and identify their preferred Pickup/Delivery time in the future. Via the Management Console, you can enable the system and configure the maximum number of days a guest is allowed to order in advance.
- Multiple Up-selling Techniques
- Up-sell on a per item and per order basis.
- 'Curbside' Service Options
- Allows guests to enter their vehicle information for curbside service, if available.
- Delivery Options
- Allows guests to enter their delivery address, if delivery is available.
- NetWaiter® calculates the driving distance from the restaurant to the delivery address and applies the appropriate delivery fee, if applicable.
- Enable Time Constraints for Delivery (i.e. Delivery between 11:00AM and 3:00PM)
- Estimated Order Preparation Times
- NetWaiter® calculates an estimated pick-up time based on the specific items ordered.
- Estimated Delivery Times
- NetWaiter® calculates the estimated time it will take to deliver an order based on the delivery address and the Order Preparation Time.

- NetWaiter® can facilitate orders directly to the existing fax machine at each location. Orders are received about 15-25 seconds (on average) after a guest submits them.
- NetWaiter® can facilitate orders to an email account (or multiple email accounts).

- NetWaiter® can facilitate orders directly to the POS system at each location. (Your POS provider/reseller must contact NetWaiter® for details.)
