NetWaiter® Online Ordering System
The NetWaiter® System is the easy, effective, and highly affordable way for your restaurant(s) to accept online orders. NetWaiter's powerful system is simple to use, allowing your restaurant to capture, convert, and retain more business with ease.
Guests can access your interactive NetWaiter® site directly and via your website. Your site will guide guests through your menu easily, allowing them to customize their selections and place orders quickly. NetWaiter’s optional Order Notification System can even call a location to advise employees an order has been sent. Guests are provided an order confirmation page and email with the estimated preparation time and/or delivery time based on your settings.
Guests can pay for their orders at the time of pickup/delivery or your location(s) can accept online payments directly to an Internet merchant account. Contact NetWaiter for more information regarding online payment processing.
For restaurants using NetWaiter's integrated system, payment can be processed directly through the POS system. Your POS provider/reseller may contact NetWaiter® directly to implement a NetWaiter® integrated version.
The NetWaiter® Network
The NetWaiter® Network is a collection of restaurants across North America that benefit from using the NetWaiter® System. Unlike an online portal, the NetWaiter® Network allows each member restaurant to maintain their branded identity while sharing the unique benefits of the NetWaiter® System. How does NetWaiter® work with my company's existing website?
Your interactive menu can be designed to match your existing website, maintaining your brand and providing a seamless appearance through the ordering process. To launch NetWaiter® on your website, simply post the provided URL(s) found in your Management Console on your homepage to link guests to your interactive menu.
Does my business need a website to use NetWaiter?
No. If your company does not have a website, you may use your NetWaiter® site as your primary website. It is strongly recommended, however, you link your NetWaiter® site to your existing website, if available.
Is NetWaiter® easy to implement?
Yes. Implementing NetWaiter® is easy. Using NetWaiter’s Management Console, you can easily set-up your menu and customize your site’s settings. Additionally, NetWaiter can fully customize your menu and settings for you.
What is the NetWaiter® set-up process?
After signing up for the service, you will be given access to your NetWaiter® Management Console. Using the menu building features, you can customize your menu, post item pictures, and configure all options and settings. NetWaiter’s design/development team is available to answer any questions you may have or NetWaiter can customize your site for you. If your restaurant is using services from one of NetWaiter’s media partners, your site needs to be fully configured before launching their services.
How quickly can my restaurant set-up and launch NetWaiter?
Implementing and launching NetWaiter® is very fast. Your restaurant(s) can be accepting orders within an hour of activating the service. A variety of factors, including the number of locations, menu complexity, and feature selection will determine how long it will take to launch your site. If you elect for NetWaiter's professional design/development team to customize your site, they will estimate how long it will take to complete (usually 2-4 business days). You may contact NetWaiter® to speak to our professional staff regarding your set-up process.
What is included in a Free Trial?
A Free Trial allows your restaurant to use NetWaiter’s full feature set. You will have access to all features and support, which includes:

How do my restaurants receive orders?
NetWaiter® can facilitate orders to your restaurant(s) in a variety of ways. You can choose to receive orders directly to the existing fax machine at each location, the POS system, or via email. NetWaiter’s fax system sends orders directly to a restaurant’s fax machine about 15-25 seconds (on average) after a guest submits an order. Using NetWaiter’s POS integrated system or email system; orders are immediately processed to their respective destinations.
Can my restaurant(s) be notified when orders are sent?
Yes. NetWaiter’s optional Order Notification System can automatically notify your employees, via telephone, an order is ‘inbound’. An additional fee may apply for this optional feature.
Will NetWaiter® work with my POS system?
NetWaiter® is designed to work with any POS system. If your POS system is not currently integrated with the NetWaiter® System, we can provide your POS supplier a NetWaiter® SDK (Software Development Kit) to create the integration module needed for your system. Your POS reseller/provider must contact NetWaiter® regarding integration.
Is it possible to upgrade to NetWaiter's POS integrated system after launching NetWaiter's fax system?
Yes. In fact, NetWaiter encourages clients to launch the fax or email system first and then upgrade to a NetWaiter integrated version if desired. The upgrade process is transparent to guests.
What happens if a restaurant manager needs help or has a question?
Restaurant managers can dial 866-NetWaiter® (x702) anytime they need assistance. Although managers rarely need assistance, if at all, they have the piece of mind knowing someone will address their issue quickly.
